Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

5. Orders

An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

• Pricing errors

• Suspected fraud

• Product unavailability

• Regulatory restrictions

6. Payment

Payments may be processed through approved payment providers.

Ownership of goods remains with Heliovex Energy until full payment has been received.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The customer must notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned products must be:

• Unused

• Complete

• In original packaging

• Suitable for resale

Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval of returned goods.

9. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty terms differ by brand and product.

Warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation

• Unauthorized modifications

• Misuse

• Physical damage

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product unless otherwise required by law.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
